Did you know that virtual events went up by 1000% since the pandemic? If you are looking for your online meeting room options, you are in the right place. We have put together this short guide to share different meeting rooms that you can choose from.

Keep reading to learn the top online meeting rooms available.

    1. Zoom Meeting Room

One popular online meeting room that has grown this past year is Zoom. Zoom allows those attending the meeting remotely or in person to interact in real-time. The great thing about zoom is that it is user-friendly, making it easy to start a meeting, share content, and book a room.

They offer a free option where you can have unlimited one-on-one meetings and up to 40 minutes for group sessions of up to 100 participants. They also have paid options starting at $15 per month.

    2. Google Meet

Another popular online meeting room option is Google Meet. This has been growing in popularity because it is free to use. Google also makes it easy to schedule a meeting and send the invitation out to the participants.

One of the pros of this option is that you can use captions during a video call and you can also choose the language that you want the captions to be in.

Google Meet breakout rooms are a popular feature of this virtual meeting program. The moderator of the meeting can divide the participants into smaller groups during the video call. This is a great way to have smaller teams huddle or meet to discuss a topic and then come back to the larger meeting and reconvene.

    3. GoToMeeting

This virtual meeting option was built with businesses in mind. They offer high-definition video, screen sharing, drawing tools, keyboard and mouse sharing, just to name a few. GoToMeeting is available in over 190 countries and you can have up to 250 people attending a virtual room.

One of the unique features that GoToMeeting offers is the ability to capture presentation slides from a meeting and then share them in a PDF at a later time. They offer a 14-day free trial to see if it works for your meeting needs before committing to a paid plan.

    4. BlueJeans Meetings

This company was recently acquired by Verizon which has increased the security for the program and also lowered the prices. Their focus is on instant connection where you do not have to download a program. You also have plenty of features such as screen sharing tools, whiteboards, etc.

There are a few different plans that you can choose from starting under $15 per month.
